The stone, Larvikit or Labradorit, originates from a quarry in the south of Norway. This installation, consisting of two corresponding sculptures, was created during a sculpture symposium in early summer 2001. The third form, resting on an oak crosspiece, was developed during the working process with the two standing stones.
